Document workspace configuration wizard is designed to help a user to save workspace documentation to an Excel file.
To start the wizard click File → Export → Document workspace configuration.
The wizard allows to document either current workspace configuration or document workspace configuration from a saved file.
Select configuration elements which you want to document and click Generate Documentation button. After displaying Save As dialog and providing file name, Microsoft Excel file will be generated and opened. In MS Excel file, every option will have its own Sheet.
Documentation will contain absolutely all information for every single element.
Because FluentBooks supports documentation of resources and projects please be careful with big resource pools – generation might take significant time and file size will be big as well.
