In this article, we will review how to invite and manage users in Project Story for Planner Premium.
Users can be invited to Project Story from any page using the Invite People button.
Users are invited by email individually. Although invitations can be sent to any email address, users must sign in to Project Story with a Microsoft 365 account.
Project Story includes a User Management section where you can view and manage users you’ve invited.
Project Story supports the following roles:

Member
Can view plans and reports, generate reports, and manage users, but cannot change subscriptions or settings. -
Administrator
Can view plans and reports, generate reports, and manage Tenant settings, users, and subscriptions. -
Owner
Has full control. There can be only one Owner at a time. Ownership can be transferred, if needed.
Users who have already signed in cannot be removed. Only users with pending invitations can be removed using the Cancel Invitation button.
