In this article, we will review the Planner Premium Plans page in Project Story and additional settings.
Planner Premium Plans Page
The main page displays a list of Planner plans available to the signed-in user. Visibility depends on access rights:
- Plans where the user is the Owner
- Plans where the user is a Member
- Plans accessible through group membership
For the plans shown on this page, only the plan owner can generate reports. If you are not the plan owner, you can review any reports that have already been generated.
For each Environment, the Project Story indicates the following:
- Number of Total Plans
- Number of Active Plans
- Number of Completed Plans
- Number of At Risk Plans (Based on the Status -> Overall Health field)

For each Plan, the Project Story indicates the following:
- Plan Name
- Owner
- Whether a report has already been generated
- Plan Created Date

The plans list supports column filtering and sorting.

Project Story Settings Menu
The following settings are available on the home page:
User Management: Users can be invited to Project Story from any page using the Invite People button. For more details about user invitations and management, please refer to this article.
Manage Subscription: Project Story is licensed through a monthly subscription that provides a defined number of report generations, all of which can be tracked and managed on the Subscription Management page.
Tenant Settings: On the Tenant Settings page, you can configure the tenant time zone. This time zone is used to ensure that reports are generated and delivered according to your local time. By default, the tenant time zone is set based on your browser time at signup, but it can be changed later if needed.
Change Environment: The Change Environment button lets you switch to a different Planner Premium environment, if available. Settings and billing are not shared between environments.
