FluentPro G.A. Suite can be uninstalled from your environment by running the application installer.
Before uninstalling G.A. Suite, you can download the backup files either from your connected storage or directly through the G.A. Suite UI. In addition, you are required to uninstall the Azure application associated with G.A. Suite.
Downloading backups before G.A. Suite uninstallation
Downloading backups from the G.A. Suite application
To download your backups from the G.A. Suite application, perform the following:
1. Open G.A. Suite -> Operation details page. Find the successfully completed backup you need to download and click on it to open its summary.
2. Download your data from the Summary page.
- In the PWA Configuration section, expand the tab using the down arrow and click Download file.
- For Projects, you can either download all projects at once using the ellipsis menu or expand the Projects tab and select specific projects to download.
- For SharePoint Sites, expand the tab and use the Download option from the ellipsis menu next to each site.
The downloaded files will have a format compatible with FluentPro FluentBooks (either *.FPP for Project Plans or *.fbwx2 for all other data types).
It is possible to extract .mpp files from .fpp files downloaded from the Backup Summary. For more details, please refer to this article.
Downloading backups from the storage
You can download your backups directly from your storage.
To do this, open your storage, locate the necessary backup by date, and then open the corresponding backup file.
The files for download will have a format compatible with FluentPro FluentBooks (either *.FPP for Project Plans or *.fbwx2 for PWA Configuration and SharePoint Sites).
It is possible to extract .mpp files from .fpp files downloaded from the Backup Summary. For more details, please refer to this article.
Uninstall the Azure application
Before you uninstall G.A. Suite, you also need to remove the Azure Enterprise Application associated with it.
To find the G.A. Suite application in your Azure Admin Center faster, you can copy the G.A. Suite app ID from the G.A. Suite Admin Site. For this, perform the following:
Open the G.A. Suite Admin site. To access the Admin site, add the '/Admin/Customer' part to the URL that contains your host name, e.g.: https://gasuite.{HostName}.com/Admin/Customer.
On the Settings page, find the MsAppId. Make the ID field visible and copy its value.
Locate the G.A. Suite application in your Azure Admin Center (Portal Azure -> Entra ID -> App Registrations) using the provided ID.

G.A. Suite uninstallation
The app uninstallation is performed using the application installer. Follow the steps below:
1. Locate the installer on your machine: This PC -> Local Disk (C) -> Program Files -> FluentPro Software -> G.A. Suite -> open this file.
2. The folder contains the installer executable (.exe) that can be used for uninstallation. Open the installer by double-clicking this file.
3. On the first step, click Next to proceed.
When prompted to install a new version, select the option to Uninstall instead.
3. The installer will display a list of services installed with G.A. Suite. Select all the services to be uninstalled, and click Uninstall to continue.
4. Allow some time for the app to be uninstalled.
When the process is complete, the chosen components of G.A. Suite will be fully uninstalled from your environment. Click Finish to close the window.
