This article describes what happens when your FluentPro G.A. Suite subscription expires, how your data is handled, and what actions you may need to take.
Account access, data deletion, and uninstall
When your FluentPro G.A. Suite subscription expires, access to your account is automatically discontinued on the same day. From that moment, you will no longer be able to log in or use the service.
Your data will remain securely stored by FluentPro for a period of 90 days after the subscription expiration. Once this retention period is over, all data will be permanently removed from our servers. This removal process includes your account, all schedules, settings, configurations, stored data, and any backups created within G.A. Suite (if they were saved in FluentPro’s backup storage).
If you prefer your account and data to be deleted earlier than the 90-day period, you can request this by contacting FluentPro Customer Success at customersuccess@fluentpro.com. We will process your request and remove all data accordingly.
Finally, once your subscription has expired, or if you decide to stop using G.A. Suite for any other reason, you need to uninstall the G.A. Suite Enterprise application from your Microsoft Admin Center. Microsoft provides detailed instructions on how to do this, which can be found here: Delete an Enterprise Application.
Downloading backups before subscription expiration
If you would like to keep backups that were created by G.A. Suite, you can download them before your subscription ends.
Please note: These backups are stored in the specific file formats, which means they cannot be opened or used by any third-party solutions and are only compatible with FluentPro software.
Downloading backups from the G.A. Suite application
To download your backups from the G.A. Suite application, perform the following:
1. Open G.A. Suite -> Operation details page. Find the successfully completed backup you need to download and click on it to open its summary.
2. Download your data from the Summary page.
- In the PWA Configuration section, expand the tab using the down arrow and click Download file.
- For Projects, you can either download all projects at once using the ellipsis menu or expand the Projects tab and select specific projects to download.
- For SharePoint Sites, expand the tab and use the Download option from the ellipsis menu next to each site.
The downloaded files will have a format compatible with FluentPro FluentBooks (either *.FPP for Project Plans or *.fbwx2 for all other data types).
It is possible to extract .mpp files from .fpp files downloaded from the Backup Summary. For more details, please refer to this article.
Downloading backups from custom storage
If you used a custom Azure storage location for your backups, you can download them directly from there.
To do this, open your storage, locate the necessary backup by date, and then open the corresponding backup file.
The files for download will have a format compatible with FluentPro FluentBooks (either *.FPP for Project Plans or *.fbwx2 for PWA Configuration and SharePoint Sites).
It is possible to extract .mpp files from .fpp files downloaded from the Backup Summary. For more details, please refer to this article.
