    Lookup Manager

    Microsoft Project Server 2010/2013 uses Lookup tables as one of the important elements of IT data model. Lookup tables are dictionaries, and in real world values in those dictionaries were already defined and usually managed in some database or in SharePoint-based system. FluentPro Lookup Manager provides functionality to synchronize lookup tables with data from external sources - SharePoint lists and external tables in a database. FluentPro Lookup Manager supports the following features:

    Synchronize content of lookup tables in Project Server with values from SharePoint Lists

    Synchronize content of lookup tables in Project Server with values from SQL Server database (for example – build lookup dynamically from data from Project Server database)

    Runs on schedule (minutely, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly) as SharePoint Job

    Multiple sync jobs, multiple lookup tables

    SharePoint lists can be located on any SharePoint Site

    Easy installation procedure and very simple configuration
