How to manage Cost categories

1. Navigate to Financials Settings (gear icon) > Settings tab.

2. Scroll the page down to find the Cost categories template section. 

3. To add a new cost category, click on the Add category button under the template. A new empty category will be created in the template.

4. To rename a category, click on the corresponding cell in the Name column and enter the text. 

5. You can use the up and down arrows to move categories in the list.

6. The cross button allows deleting any category or subcategory.

7. To add a subcategory to any of the existing categories, use the + button next to it.
