By default, the budgets you create using Financials as well as all the Financials settings and preferences can be viewed and edited by any user who has access to your PWA.
You can provide users with different level of access using the Roles mapping feature.
Please note: the access groups (except for the Everyone group) are transferred to Financials from your Project Online configuration. Thus, the available user groups can be changed only by your Project Online global administrator.
To grant a user group with an access level:
1. Navigate to Financials Settings (gear icon) > Roles.
2. Choose a user group in the list on the left.
3. Move a user group to the access group list on the right using the >> button.
To remove a user group from an access level list, choose it and move back to the left list using the << button.
4. Click on the Save button at the page bottom to save your changes.
