    Synchronization Account is Delegate

    “Error. Possible reason: Sync account is delegate” error means that administrator account that is configured for data synchronization is in Delegate Session, which is not supported by our app. This error will occur if you are trying to set up a synchronization account from a delegate session. To resolve the issue:

    1. Open PWA and stop the delegate session.
    2. Log in to PWA as a user with administrative access rights.
    3. Open EPM Pulse.
    4. Update the synchronization account as described in Update Synchronization Account section.
    5. Force data synchronization.
