Symptoms
When you login to EPM Pulse using your Windows account you receive the “HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error” message.
Cause
The reason behind this problem is that windows authentication for EPM Pulse on the server is locked at the parent server level.
Solution
In order to resolve this issue set Windows Authentication at the server to Read/Write. To set Windows Authentication to Read/Write perform the following:
1. Open IIS Manager.
2. Click on the root folder.
3. Open Feature Delegation.
4. Perform one of the following actions:
4.a. Right-click on Authentication – Windows and select Read/Write.
4.b. Select Read/Write in the upper right corner.
5. Refresh EPM Pulse page and try to log in using Windows account again.
