The Ad Hoc Site List Table displays data for the root Site Lists, unlike Ad Hoc Project Site List Table widget, which is designed to display information on the lists of the Project site lists. In order to make the widget to display information, the list name should be added to the Synchronized SharePoint Lists section in Data Management.
