The following level of access can be set for storyboards:
| Private | Private storyboards are visible only to EPM Pulse Administrators. |
| Public | Public storyboards are visible to all EPM Pulse users. |
Please note: Private Storyboards are not listed on the Storyboards page and can be accessed from the Storyboard Management page.
Storyboard access level can be set while creating a new storyboard, as well as when editing an existing one.
To make a storyboard Public or Private, select the corresponding option in the Storyboard Details window while creating new/editing existing storyboard:
