File with a saved workspace contains not only the workspace itself, but also information concerning source PWA URL, source Project Server version, date of import and last modification date. Also, you can add a short description, so you can identify this specific workspace, if needed.
To find Workspace Information:
1. Open FluentBooks.
2. Select File → Settings → Workspace Information.
3. Add description/notes (optional).
4. Click Apply button.
