There are two types of multi-page reports: Colorful single-page template (for Project Accelerator) and Colorful single-page template (for OOB Planner Premium). The key difference lies in the data retrieved from Planner.
When using the Colorful single-page template (for Project Accelerator) report, a broader dataset is available, and more information is retrieved for reporting. This includes additional fields and entities that enable more detailed and comprehensive reports.

Colorful single-page template (for Project Accelerator)
At the top of the report, the following details are displayed: Plan Name, Plan Owner, Statuses, and the previous Week Ending date.
Status Summary
This section provides an AI-generated narrative summary of the plan's current state. It is broken down into several paragraphs:
- Project Status: A few sentences describing the overall status of the plan.
- Plan Highlights: A paragraph summarizing the current state of: Milestones, Issues, Risks, Goals, Tasks, and Budget.
Focus Areas (Upcoming Activities)
This section highlights the most imminent tasks:
- Displays up to 8 upcoming tasks where start date is today + 1 day or later
- If no tasks meet the criteria, the message "There are no upcoming tasks" is shown
- Tasks are sorted by ascending start date
Dates&Milestones
This table shows up to 5 upcoming milestones:
- Only active milestones are included (completed ones are excluded)
- Milestones are selected if they fall within ±15 days of today
- Sorted by due date (descending)
Issues
- Up to 5 active issues are displayed
- Closed issues are excluded
- Issues with due dates are listed first, followed by those without dates
Risks
- Displays up to 5 top risks
- Excludes closed risks
