The Multi-page template in Project Story provides a detailed and structured report of the plan across multiple sections. This format is ideal for in-depth reporting, where each aspect of the plan is broken down into its dedicated area. Unlike the Single-page template, which offers a summary on one page, the Multi-page template guides users through a scrollable report organized by content category.
There are two types of multi-page reports: Colorful multi-page template (for Project Accelerator) and Colorful multi-page template (for OOB Planner Premium). The key difference lies in the data retrieved from Planner.
When using the Colorful multi-page template (for Project Accelerator) report, a broader dataset is available, and more information is retrieved for reporting. This includes additional fields and entities that enable more detailed and comprehensive reports.
By default, all sections available for the report are included in the built-in Multi-page template, but users can configure it as needed and select the sections for their Multi-page report templates. For more details, please refer to this article.
Colorful multi-page template (for Project Accelerator)
Below is an overview of the key sections of the Colorful multi-page template (for Project Accelerator) :
Plan Details
This section displays the current plan start and finish dates, stage, progress, budget, overall health, financial health, schedule health, issue health, effort health, and the number of active risks. It also gives recommendations to improve the current plan's state, including items to address, particularly those of high priority.
Milestones
This section displays the overall status of Milestones, a grid, and a chart. Up to 5 urgent or important Milestones are displayed in a grid, sorted by priority and finish date.
Active Risks
This section provides an overview of Risks, including a grid and a chart. Up to 5 active Risks are displayed in a grid, sorted by exposure and due date.
Issues
This section presents an overall summary of Issues, including a grid and a chart. Up to 5 active Issues are displayed in a grid, sorted by priority and due date.
Plan Goals
This section presents an overall summary of Plan Goals, a grid of high-priority goals, and a chart.
Financial Summary
This section presents a summary of the current Budget status and the Budget chart.
